Originally established in 1958 and officially charted by the National Association of Home Builders in 1973, Valley Home Builders Association (VHBA) proudly carries out its mission:
We lead, innovate and advocate. We promote professional business and construction practices. We enhance the quality of life in the Fox Valley area.
A 501(c)(6) professional organization, VHBA consists of more than 625 member companies which employ more than 7,200 people who live and work in the local area.
Members of Valley Home Builders Association area also members of the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). These affiliations strengthen VHBA's ability to serve its members and the public through:
Business development opportunities
Member businesses gain exposure to fellow members and consumers through advertising and sponsorships as well as public events such as the Parade of Homes, the Winter Wonderland of Homes and the VHBA Home Expo.

With grassroots efforts, VHBA works to defeat excessive regulations and defend safe and attainable housing at all levels of government.

VHBA, through the VHBA Fund of the WBA Foundation, proudly offers grants to local housing-related charities and provides scholarships and tool grants to students pursuing careers in the construction industry. VHBA also serves as the Local Coordinating Organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves' Toys for Tots program.
