Operations Manager

Steve has been with D & D Excavating and Landscape Service for 20+ years. Actually he started in his youth and followed his dad's footsteps. Steve is a topnotch professional in every aspect of our business. He has won awards in various excavating competitions. He is precise and efficient on the job. He is serious and meticulous. Various contractors have requested him because of his professionalism. His work ethic is the same when it comes to snowplowing. He is one of the first ones out there to plow and one of the last to finish. He (like his dad) will make sure the customer is satisfied.

Irrigation Manager,

I've been with D & D Landscape Service since 1977. I have an Associates Degree in Natural Resources, and have taken additional short courses in soil science, landscape design, and irrigation since graduation. In the early 1980's I created the irrigation division of our company and grew it to where we service over 100 sprinkler systems within a 70 mile radius of our home shop. I enjoy working on irrigation systems, especially troubleshooting those mysterious problems that others may give up trying to solve.

The design of an irrigation system is the most important "component", because, even with the very best products, a poor design will not perform properly and could well cost more to install initially and waste water throughout its lifetime. A well designed irrigation system installed with quality parts by qualified workers will enhance your landscape, add value to your property, and utilize our water resources as efficiently as possible for many years to come

Landscape Manager

I have worked in the landscape industry for more than twenty years, designing for much of that time. I started landscaping as a summer job, and ended up making a career out of it. I gained a lot of knowledge of the industry and the importance of building a solid relationship with the client when I owned and operated my own landscape and lawn care business. I also attended several seminar and short courses.
I enjoy building client relationships, and learning their visions and plans for the yard. I like to incorporate unique aspects of the home, along with any natural features that are unique to the yard. I think, when complete, each project should be one of a kind.

Sales Associate/Landscape Design

I have just returned to the work force after taking a few years off to finish school and raise my daughter.
In addition to an Associates Degree in Landscaping and Horticulture; I have recently earned a Bachelors of Applied Studies in Environmental Policy.
I have a passion for environmental education, natural landscaping, native habitat restoration, and building and maintaining solid client relationships.
I vision a landscape project as an extension to the home and want to work with clients to create a beautiful, unique and functional and comfortable outdoor living space.
